We especially loved the flexibility of the staff in arranging day trips and scheduling around multiple constraints. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient with us. We also loved the floor water fountain. It was easy to refill our water bottles whenever needed, get hot water for tea and this also reduces the plastic waste you get with the bottled water in rooms. Great idea all around and the first time we've seen it in a hotel. We also loved the breakfast, even though we tended to leave a little too early to fully enjoy it every day of our stay.

The staff attitude was great. My flight was late by 8 hours and landed just before 00:00 but the hotel still managed to arrange free transportation for me from the airport. The hotel is close to the airport and walking distance from the baywalk. Room was on the small side but looked very new, bright lights, great bed and bathroom. Good wifi. Also very secure place.

We booked this hotel because it is located centrally and close to the cathedral where we had our wedding ceremony. But it's also not far from the baywalk and other interesting places. Since we needed more space so that our guests could change and prepare, additional rooms were rented to us during the day and at a fair price. The use of the rooms is therefore flexible and that was a big help for us. We were also able to adjust bookings at short notice and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. Furthermore it's a very safe place. Without a key card you can't even use the elevator and the reception is constantly manned. There is also a garage for vehicles.

I highly recommend this hotel. While the price may be higher compared to other hotels, the services, facilities, and staff are excellent! They offer valuable advice and assistance. The staff is highly responsive. A day before our originally scheduled check-in, we had to cancel our first day due to an extension in El Nido. Despite Booking's rule of a 50% refund for canceled bookings, the hotel did not charge us. Additionally, they provide free airport transport to and from the hotel. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and the menu changes daily. The location is perfect as it is within the town center, not too close and not too far from the market, but highly accessible (you can stroll going to places). The hotel has event rooms available, perfect for your celebrations or trainings or meetings, etc! I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Central location, close to shopping mall 10 walk for any requirement and seaside with a lot of restaurants option. Staff are very helpful for local area advice and arrange tours. I hugely appreciated  the receptionist Miss Regine help, very professional high skills with excellent experiences.

The experience staying at Alvea Hotel after others in Puerto Princesa was Tops, new, fresh, clean, friendly, helpfull and very economical compared to cheaper and other options previously staying at. By best stay in Puerto Princesa when you want to be close to the City's facilities when in Town

Cleanliness was great!! Very comfortable and has what you need for a quick stop. I needed to stay one day, to do the underwater river tour and be close to the airport, and it full filled its purpose. Cleanliness was the most important for me.

Modern, Clean, Cozy. The rooms are everything as expected, and the bathrooms are amazing with being modern and clean. The hotel is newly built so I was skeptical with booking here as it didn’t have many reviews but I’m glad i did because the stay was great. The buffet breakfast is in the penthouse and food is clean and hot, you also can view the city from up there. The staff at the top were very formal and always served with a smile. The WiFi was fast and efficient. There was even free Netflix on the smart tv in the room! The location was good, you could walk to the bay walk and SM or restaurants close by, however there’s not much to do there as I was only there for the underground river.
